No, we use non-iodized salt in all the products we make.
We use microbial runners in our products.
Hard ripened cheeses are naturally lactose-free or at least low in lactose due to the ripening process, even if the lactose has not been specifically removed. During ripening, the lactose in the cheese is broken down, resulting in a final product with very little or no lactose.

Plant-based products are also lactose-free.

If there is a hole in the package, the shielding gas can escape from the package. As a result, air can leak into the package and with it mould spores. A hole in the packaging can be caused, for example, by a possible malfunction of the packaging machine, which prevents the packaging seam from sealing.
